General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Effective date: January 1, 2026These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern the sale of all products, services, tickets, access to online materials, and merchandise ("Products") offered by School Of Vocal Arts® ("SOVA®", "we", "us"), Carrefour du Bouchet 4, 1209 Geneva, Switzerland.These Terms apply worldwide.Project: The Gospel Week 2026
Event Dates: April 28 to May 1, 2026
Location: Madrid, Spain

1. Scope
These Terms apply to all Products, including workshop participation, digital content, and merchandise, whether delivered online, physically, or in hybrid form.

Any conflicting Buyer terms are excluded unless agreed in writing.

2. Orders & Contract Formation
Orders must be placed via official channels. An order confirmation constitutes a binding contract.

SOVA® reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or force majeure.

3. Products & Pricing
3.1 Workshop Fees
Participation fees are non-refundable and payable via bank transfer.Early Bird (until April 15, 2026):

• 1 workshop: €30
• 2 workshops: €55
• 3 workshops: €85
• 4 workshops: €115

Standard (after April 15, 2026):

• 1 workshop: €40
• 2 workshops: €75
• 3 workshops: €115
• 4 workshops: €155

Registration grants access to selected workshops and related materials.

3.2 Digital Content & Media Use
Participants receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access digital materials.No reproduction or public use is allowed without prior written consent.

By participating, attendees consent to the capture and use of photos, audio, and video recordings, which may be used exclusively for promotional and communication purposes of The Gospel Week and SOVA®.

3.3 Merchandise
Product descriptions are indicative; minor variations do not constitute defects.

3.4 Prices
Prices are displayed at checkout.

All prices are stated exclusive of any applicable taxes. Where required by applicable law, VAT or similar taxes may be added and payable by the Buyer.

The Buyer bears any currency conversion fees, bank charges, and applicable taxes.

4. Payment & VAT
4.1 Payment Method
Payment methods: Stripe with listed method at the checkout.

4.2 VAT
School Of Vocal Arts (SOVA®) is not subject to Swiss VAT in accordance with applicable regulations for music education institutions.

Accordingly, no Swiss VAT is charged on the Products. 

Event services supplied in Spain – VAT treatment subject to applicable local regulations.

Invoices issued by SOVA® comply with applicable legal requirements.SOVA® reserves the right to apply or adjust any taxes where required by applicable laws.

5. Cancellation & Refunds
Participation fees are final and non-refundable, except if the event is cancelled by SOVA®.Digital content: 30-day remedy period — contact: mail@thegospelweek.com

Merchandise: Returns within 14 days (unused, original packaging). Return shipping is borne by the Buyer unless defective.

6. Force Majeure
No liability for events beyond reasonable control.If cancelled, SOVA® may:

• refund,
• offer credit, or
• provide an alternative format.

7. Delivery & Fulfillment
Confirmation is sent by email; the Buyer is responsible for accuracy.Shipping timelines:

• Europe: 5–10 days
• North America: 7–14 days
• Asia: 7–14 days
• Other: 10–21 days

Import duties remain the Buyer’s responsibility.

8. Warranty & Liability
Statutory warranty applies under Swiss law.Liability is limited to the amount paid. No indirect damages.

9. Consumer Rights
EU consumers may have a 14-day withdrawal right, except for:

• event participation
• digital content once accessed

10. Governing Law
Swiss law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protections.

11. Independence
The Gospel Week is independent from The Change Madrid 2026.
SOVA® is not liable for decisions of the main organizer.

12. Miscellaneous
If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in force.These Terms constitute the entire agreement.SOVA® may update these Terms for future orders.
